We work with a professional commercial stain system designed specifically for solid wood furniture. This system provides consistent colour, excellent absorption, and long-lasting results while allowing the natural wood grain to remain visible. Our most popular stain colours are shown in the provided samples and have been selected to complement Mennonite-made dining tables, bedroom furniture, cabinets, and custom wood pieces.

In addition to our standard stain options, we are happy to accommodate any Minwax® stain colour. If you have a specific Minwax colour in mind, simply include the exact stain name when placing your order so we can ensure accurate colour matching on your solid wood furniture.

All Cinnamon Cabin Co. furniture pieces receive a protective clear coat finish applied over the stain. This clear coat enhances colour depth and provides added protection against everyday wear, helping your Mennonite-crafted furniture maintain its beauty for years to come.

We also offer two-tone solid wood furniture finishes, such as a stained tabletop with a contrasting base or legs. Two-tone finishes require additional craftsmanship and finishing time and therefore include an up-charge. You are welcome to contact us before purchasing to discuss two-tone options and pricing, or we can easily add the up-charge once your order has been received.
