Furniture Policy
Due to the custom nature of our furniture products, and as we do our absolute best to provide you with solid, quality furniture - all furniture is considered a final sale.
We are committed to customer care, and should you have a concern about your furniture, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Should a delivery or shipping service be used to in the purchase of furniture, we are not responsible for the furniture once it leaves our premises. Any return of furniture to our premises will be the responsibility of the customer.
Decor & Gift Policy
Because we are committed to customer care, a 21 day return or exchange policy is offered on our decor and gifts. Must be in new condition with tags attached and accompanied with the receipt.
